Do You Give Free Estimates?
Our estimates are free unless there are special circumstances.
What Cities Do You Service?
We serve the following areas in Michigan and everything in between: Flint, Davison, Swartz Creek, Flushing, Howell, Brighton, West Bloomfield, Waterford, Clarkston, Milford, Fenton, and Grand Blanc.
What Counties Do You Service?
Genesee, Oakland, and Livingston Counties.
Do You Have a License?
Yes, contractors are required to have a license by the state.
Do You Clean out Chimneys?
No. At this time, we do not offer that service.
How Long Will It Take to Repair My Chimney?
Most chimney repairs take only one or two days.
Can You Match the Brick?
We have many resources to try and match your brick.
My Shingles Are New. Will They Get Damaged?
No. We cover our work area with carpet to protect the shingles.
What Do You Take for a Payment?
We accept checks or cash.
Do You Need a Down Payment to Get Started?
In most cases, no down payment is needed.
Do I Need to Be Home for the Repair?
No, not if all the work is on the house’s exterior.
